Accessories are having a HUGE moment right now. From scarves to hats to jewellery, accessories can elevate any outfit on any budget. So where do you stand? Are you an accessory hoarder or avoider?

“I like accessories but I never know what to buy!” or “How do I know when it’s too much? to

Accessorizing for impact and upgrading an outfit takes some skill so here’s a quick lesson on 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞 an outfit so that it enhances rather than detracts from an outfit. Here’s an example of and outfit that follows these rules and reflects my style personality.

1. Lines: Work with the lines in your outfit. Angular lines=more angular accessories whereas

organic flowy lines=rounder accessories. The round hoops and bag above echo the organic lines and pattern of the skirt and creates visual cohesion to the eye.
